This Code of Conduct applies to all official parts of the festival—including the main event, side events, and any related activities, whether on-site or online. Panathēnea is built to be 100% inclusive from start to finish for attendees, team members, speakers, partners, and contributors alike.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:.
- Verbal comments or actions that reinforce systems of discrimination or marginalization
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Inappropriate or non-consensual physical contact
- Sustained disruption of talks, panels, workshops, or other sessions
- Any form of discrimination related to gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or background
- Encouraging or advocating for any of the above behavior
If You Violate the Code of Conduct.
Violating this Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal from Panathēnea at the discretion of the organizing team. This may include access being revoked from all venues and events without refund.
